A Nautical theme could be nice. You could even make the bed into the shape of a boat. If he is into Baseball, you could make the room into a baseball diamond with a mural on the wall with bleechers etc. Or a Jungle theme.

paint it blue, and maybe hang up some posters of his favorite music artists, or some pictures of his favorite movies,if he likes sports ,maybe some pennants or flags of his favorite teams. as for furniture, maybe a race car bed, or a regular bed with some really cool blankets of his favorite activities

I too have done the barefoot weeding thing. It is soooo much easier to wash the mud from your feet than from your shoes. The only thing that deters me is the fact that I have used sheep manure to fertilize and am afraid of picking up a serious infection if I were to have a scratch or wound on my foot. But sometimes I have no control and end up in there shoeless.

I LOVE being in my garden barefooted, but then again I go barefooted whenever I can. Living in Wisconsin, that can be a short season. When I’m barefooted I feel more connected to the earth.

Charge by the hour for your services. Also, you should have in writing a list of tasks to be completed. That way, you can divide up the tasks between yourselves and estimate how long each task takes to complete. If you really want to get detailed, mark a room for each task and make a spreadsheet. Track who completed what task in what room and how long it took. That might be overkill, you can judge the importance.

No, I wear shoes. Some people are nudists, I do not do that either! As a couple of other people mentioned, you can get parasites by walking barefoot.
