You should call around to cleaning places and get information about their rates. Know the competition! That’s #1 in succeeding in any business!
Best thing to do is to charge hourly. Then you can be safe to know that you will get paid for all of your hard work.
Charge by the hour for your services. Also, you should have in writing a list of tasks to be completed. That way, you can divide up the tasks between yourselves and estimate how long each task takes to complete. If you really want to get detailed, mark a room for each task and make a spreadsheet. Track who completed what task in what room and how long it took. That might be overkill, you can judge the importance.
Charge by the job…. You make more charging like that instead of hourly. $75.00 where i am from
